THE ART:

From their home studio in Sacramento, CA, they create one-of-a-kind hand-made sculptures from paper pulp and paper clay, painted with acrylics.

Metal rods, wire mesh, and cable wire are just some of the materials we use for the inner workings of our pieces. Unlike the traditional method of paper strips dipped in starch, we use paper pulp mixed with an adhesive base. As a result, our pieces are much stronger and longer lasting. However, we do not recommend outdoor use. Because we use acrylic paint and acrylic sealer, they are intended for indoor display use only.

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because we use no molds a single piece can take up to several months to complete. We hope you will keep this in mind when requesting special order or commissions.
